[one-users] EC2 driver

Hi,

If you want an Amazon EC2 driver you can use the one included in the
OpenNebula source [1]. The stop and resume actions are not implemented in
this driver because the functionality offered by OpenNebula is different
from the EC2 stop and start actions.

The OpenNebula stop works like the suspend action but the VirtualMachine is
transferred back to OpenNebula along with the disk images. The resume action
will reschedule the VirtualMachine.
