[one-users] econe commands for the next release

Hi Manju,

We are in the process of improving the EC2 interface [1].

The plan for the next release (v1.6) is to expose more of the native
OpenNebula functionality through the increase support of EC2 API,
including image management and some other exciting features (stay
tuned!).
