[one-users] econe commands

Hi Manju,

Kind of running out of ideas here. Let's try this, set in line 264 of
/var/lib/gems/1.8/gems/amazon-ec2-0.5.5/lib/AWS.rb, the following
line:

pp response.body

and try again the econe-run-instances request. It should then print
the error message, let's see if this sheds some light.
