[one-users] error : Databae is locked

Hi,

"Connection refused" messages means that oned is not running. The
locking problem could be several daemons running at the same time. Some tips:

* Make sure there is no oned running
* Delete one.db file in $ONE_LOCATION/var (make a backup, if you want
to keep your configurations...)
* Start oned again
