[one-users] VM creation to EC2 stuck in "pending"

Hi,

I added EC2 as one of the hosts successfully, however when I try to spin up a VM it get stuck on pending state and there is nothing in the log file
I've setup ec2 driver in oned.conf and ec2 certificate in vmm_ec2rc.

I am behind a proxy, would this cause the problem?
I do have http_proxy and https_proxy setup on my ENV
