[one-users] gem packages for CLIs

Hi,

I notice that http://dev.opennebula.org/issues/157 addresses the need for
deployable packages for the ONE commands -- my organization has a short-term
requirement so I'm looking at doing something one way or the other.  It's
not a huge amount of work, fortunately, and Javi's nice oca_gem bundle is
most of it :) 

Wondering if it's worth tidying up my derivative work and passing it along?
