Operating system: Ubuntu 8.04.1

I would like to install onenebula by following the link
http://www.opennebula.org/documentation:archives:rel1.2:ignc

$git clone git://opennebula.org/one.git

Under security credentials i can able to download only Certificate and
access key i can able to view.
So i created the file name as pk-<acces key>.pem with access key value.
1) Is this right way of creating the private key to set $ export
EC2_PRIVATE_KEY=~/.ec2/pk-<acces key>.pem  ??

2)$./install.sh
Getting exception as follows,
cp: cannot stat '/root/one/src/nebula/oned': No such file or directory
cp: cannot stat '/root/one/src/scheduler/mm sched': No such file or
directory
cp: cannot stat '/root/one/src/client/liboneapi.a': No such file or
directory
cp: cannot stat '/root/one/src/client/liboneapi.so': No such file or
directory
ln: creating symbolic link '/usr/lib/one/liboneapi.so.1': File exists
