[one-users] Question about cpu

Hi all,

I have a Vms that i use Matlab. Then in a vm template i put that cpu value
is 4. When i execute i put the onehost show node and display this:
MAX CPU               : 400
USED CPU (REAL)       : 102
USED CPU (ALLOCATED)  : 400

USEDCPU=102.4

Why only use 102.4 when i put 400? And another question, why when i put the
commando onevm list the cpu value is 0?
