[one-users] Problem with TMEM and FMEM from "onehost list"

I suppose you are using xen (correct me if I am wrong).
Management node of xen (Dom-0) is also a virtual machine. If not
configured correctly this vm will use as much ram as it wants, most of
the time eating up most of it. When you execute top in Dom-0 you get
the memorry allocated for that vm, not for the physical machine. top
command is not a good command to check for total and available memory
in a xen physical node. Also that free memory is the free memory for
the operating system of that vm, not the free memory available for
other vms.
You should configure xen correctly so it does not eat up all available
memory. There are various mails in this mail list describing the
procedure, also you can check xen documentation and wiki.
