[one-users] Deploy VM on VMware ESXi

Hi Xavier,

The behavior you describe can be due to a variety of reasons. The first
things is to check the correct monitorization of the physical hosts. Could
you send over the output of

$ onehost list

and, additionally, the $ONE_LOCATION/var/oned.log and
$ONE_LOCATION/var/sched.log.

Also, you may want to try to "onevm deploy <vmid> <hostid>" to see if the VM
is correctly deployed.
