[one-users] In Onemc LCM state is unknown

Hi,
  
Due
 to some reasons my fronetend and node machines got powered off. After 
restarting the systems,  in onemc all running images are showing as 
below and i am unable to connect to those images. please help me in 
bringing the images up.
