[one-users] virtual machine images

Dear Sirs,
I am trying to get open nebula 1.4 working. I created one vm with xen 
and now it seems that I cannot get it to run. There is sure some error 
in configuration of vm in template.
Its confusing for me, am I supposed to install it with xen and then use 
the image or how am I supposed to get the image for vm?
