[one-users] Problem with Migrate Opennebula +kvm

Hello,

OpenNebula does not automatically start VMs when they disappear. It
also cannot migrate a VM when the physical node where it was running
as the VM does not exist anymore (and it cannot connect to a powered
off physical host).
