[one-users] Problem with Migrate Opennebula +kvm

Hi,

I have this situation. I have this hosts:
 ID NAME                      RVM   TCPU   FCPU   ACPU    TMEM    FMEM STAT
   6 cluster03                   0    400    396    396 4124832 2443212   on
   7 cluster02                   1    400    392    392 4124832  450016   on

And this templates running:

ID     USER     NAME STAT CPU     MEM        HOSTNAME        TIME
  47 oneadmin    winxp runn   0 2048000       cluster02 01 06:38:15

If i would like migrate to another cluster i use this command:
$ onevm migrate 47 cluster03

And appears with state susp all the time:

ID     USER     NAME STAT CPU     MEM        HOSTNAME        TIME
  47 oneadmin    winxp susp   0 2048000       cluster02 01 09:08:49

When I go to the oned.log says this error:
