[one-users] VM working group progress report

Hi Ruben et al.,
The BiG Grid VM working group in the Netherlands released a progress 
report yesterday. It contains Use Cases, Requirements and Boundary 
Conditions for the implementation of virtualized worker nodes on BiG 
Grid resources. Furthermore, it provides guidance for future 
developments in the area of Grid and Cloud integration as well as a 
brief description of our ongoing activities. You can find the report here:
