[one-users] Fail state attempting to deploy VM

Hi Tino,
I have 2 questions (maybe stupid ones, but I use OpenNebula only since 
last week).

   1. Can I create and deploy a VM using VM template (with or without
      image template) with the OpenNebula + VMware combination, or is it
      impossible?
   2. If I understood well, I will need to create a VM with the VMware
      web user interface (this is my case) and then use .vmdk to create
      a VM through OpenNebula using the onevmware command?
