   Thnks for u r advice. Once I changed the permissions In NFS server the error Disappers.
   Now I am able to run the VM in esxi.

Hi Ravi,

You could check /var/log/vmware/hostd.log for additional hints. 

I still haven't gotten one to work with an esxi hv.
