[one-users] Error getting driver vmm_vmware

Hello again!
I solved the this error.
I was defining VMWARE_TRUSTORE as a enviroment variablie in my .bashrc and
not in the file $ONE_LOCATION/etc/im_vmware/im_vmwarerc
Now it fails deploying, can anyone give me some advice on how can i identify
the problem?
All i see is:
[VMM][E]: Error deploying virtual machine: Failed deploying VM in host
tcld-h3.hi.inet.
The complete log is:
