[one-users] Why kernel and ramdisk have to be kept on hosts?

Hi there. :)

Depends on your hypervisor enviroment etc.
If you use a stubdom loader like pygrub or pv-grub (for Xen) then the
kernels and ramdisks can be self contained within the VM images.
