[one-users] onevm - zombie vm

Hi,

Just a quick update on this issue. It seems that the source of the
problems is a locking issue with sqlite, when the oned and scheduler
processes are both accessing the DB. We are addressing this by:

* add support for other DB backends (MySQL)
* Move the scheduler to the XML-RPC interface instead of direct accessing the DB
