[one-users] OpenNebula VMWare LCM_State BOOT

Hi Yih,

It creates the image file to the $DATASTORE_PATH, which is supposed to
be a NFS or VMFS share exported by the OpenNebula fornt-end to the
nodes holding the hypervisors. This variable is set in
$ONE_LOCATIONtm_vmware/tm_vmwarerc.
