[one-users] Regarding OpenNebula-OneSim

Dear Bhaskar,

We do not have documentation about OneSim since its workings are
fairly straightforward. They are just mockup drivers that receives
petitions from opennebula and answers them as if they were working
with ideal hardware (infinite capacity, VMs get transfer and managed
with the smallest delay, etc).

We will surely upgrade its functionality in the future to take into
account cluster load even on real data, but it isn't there yet.
