[one-users] error running econe-upload

Hi there,
I am testing the EC-ONE API.  I have successfully started the service
and econe-describe-instances is able to show the VMs started by "onevm
create".
However, I failed to run econe-upload. The error is

/srv/cloud/ImgRep/FC11AOS/Fedora-11-x86_64-AOS-sda.raw
/srv/cloud/one-svn-installation/lib/ruby/econe/EC2QueryClient.rb:175:in
`upload_image': uninitialized constant
EC2QueryClient::Client::UploadIO (NameError)
    from /srv/cloud/one-svn-installation/bin/econe-upload:114

I checked the  code in EC2QueryClient.rb:175

params["file"]=UploadIO.new(file, 'application/octet-stream', file_name)

The econe.log file does not provide anything useful.
I am not sure what is going wrong here. I appreciate your help.
