[one-users] Citrix XenServer Adaptor

Hi

This will not be ready for 1.4, but we are definitively interested in
increasing our hypervisor base. In the meantime, if you have access to
a XenServer installation it should be easy to modify the Xen driver to
work with XenServer. You'd have to change:

src/vmm_mad/xen/one_vmm_xen.rb
src/im_mad/xen/xen.rb

And replace the xm commands with the XenServer equivalents.
