hey,
thanks for reply and sorry for delay ....
i think below should clear out ur doubt .... the root is has the access to
all files ...
if you find any thing please help ....
for opennebula to work ssh has to work..
please look carefully and find any problem ....

[root at localhost ~]# su oneadmin
[oneadmin at localhost root]$ cd ~
[oneadmin at localhost ~]$ ssh-keygen
Generating public/private rsa key pair.
Enter file in which to save the key (/home/oneadmin/.ssh/id_rsa): y
Enter passphrase (empty for no passphrase):
Enter same passphrase again:

[root at localhost ~]# cp /home/oneadmin/.ssh/id_rsa.pub /root/.ssh/id_rsa.pub
cp: overwrite `/root/.ssh/id_rsa.pub'? y
[root at localhost ~]# cat /root/.ssh/id_rsa.pub >> /root/.ssh/authorized_keys
[root at localhost ~]# cd .ssh/
[root at localhost .ssh]# rm authorized_keys
rm: remove regular file `authorized_keys'? y
[root at localhost .ssh]# cp id_rsa.pub authorized_keys
[root at localhost .ssh]# ssh localhost
The authenticity of host 'localhost (::1)' can't be established.
