[one-users] specify LV size in template

Hi there,

I am testing the LVM in OpenNebula and so far it works great!
One issue though is that I cannot control the logical volume snapshot
size in a image.
I can modify etc/tm_lvm/tm_lvmrc to set DEFAULT_LV_SIZE but it is the
default for all images.
I would like to be able to do this inside the template file.
I tried to set DEFAULT_LV_SIZE in the template but it does not take any effect.
Is there a way to accomplish this already? Otherwise, this may be a
good feature to add.
