[one-users] recommended operating systems to get quick started

Thanks Raul and Ruben. We successfully installed and ran One on
Ubuntu 8.10. The issue was related to incomplete libxmlrpc-c3 library
installation.

OpenNebula has been tested in Ubuntu 8.10 and 9.04alpha. So you should
not have any problem in that platform. In fact OpenNebula is mainly
developed using Ubuntu so that would be your choice for a quick
evaluation
