[one-users] Frontend configuration.

I clean known_host and do this test.

[oneadmin at oneadmin-server .ssh]$ ssh frontend-ECP mkdir -p /var/lib/one/10/

The directory has been created succesfully with this test.

When I create the host with "onehost create" the status is "on" but it turns
to "err" in few minutes. Probably I have some misconfigured issues but I
can't find where I did the mistake.
