[one-users] Outage of OpenNebula TRAC Project Management

Dear all,

We are migrating our project management portal from TRAC to Redmine,
since the latter provides functionality that we deem useful to manage
the development of OpenNebula. Therefore, the project management
website will be down today, and it will be coming back tomorrow with a
new face, preserving the contents.
