Hi,

Basically you do not need anything opennebula-specific for a node. The
ubuntu packages basically install dependencies of standard sw. You
should be fine with the hypervisor (Xen or KVM), ssh, sudo and ruby

Cheers

I am now trying to build the source on an OpenSUSE11.1 box, but as a node only. I don't seem to have a way to do this without building the front-end first, which requires a lot of unecessary packages for the cluster node. Is there a way around it?
