[one-users] Hosts total CPU load

Hello,

I have got a question, which is just related to OpenNebula but I hope
that someone might be able to answer it quickly:

How can I see the total CPU load of the hosts?
Either in nebula or on the host itself?

If I "ask" top or /proc/stat, the value given is pretty low even
though the virtual machines on this host have got an high load.

If I take xm top it shows me the Dom0 load (close to 0%) and the load
of the VMs (100% while working).

How can I determine the actual CPU load on the physical host machines?
