[one-users] VM on pending state

Hi,
Usually the problem is that OpenNebula do not find enough resources
for the VM, you can check:

* The hosts are enabled and are being successfully monitored with
onehost list, oned.log (no Monitor errors)
* The capacity you are requesting for the VM does not exceed the
available capacity in any cluster node. (Sometimes with Xen you may
have problems if dom0 is taking all the memeory)
