[one-users] Specifying no kernel/ramdisk(initrd)

Hi,

You can use bootloader

OS = [  bootloader     = "/usr/bin/pygrub" ]

Also defaults values are obtained from vmm_xen_conf file only if
defined, if they are commented they won't be used.
