Hello,
Maybe it is a misconfigured sudo. Take a look to this thread,

The solution proposed by Damien is to comment out the
Default requiretty
from /etc/sudoers
To test the sudo configuration you can execute the monitoring scripts
via ssh:
ssh nebula1 /tmp/ne_im_scripts/[HASH_OF_XEN_RB]
Also check that you have ruby installed in nebula1
