Hi Boris,
	Just to let you know that we have also included your original suggestions/bug 
reports in our roadmap for 1.4/1.2.1:

* http://trac.opennebula.org/ticket/75: Use Error state, so failure machines 
are not automatically removed
* http://trac.opennebula.org/ticket/74: Support delete action on any state, so 
we can deal with VMs that hangs while booting
