[one-users] 1.4 release files missing and 64bit binaries

If you're using the source release, take into account that you need to
build OpenNebula first by using scons. Take a look at the following
instructions:

OpenNebula devs: Nonetheless, I guess it might be worthwhile to
include a README file in the source tarball describing the
installation procedure, or pointing to the install instructions, since
my first instinct was also to use the "install.sh" script.
