[one-users] Host is not taking any more VM request

Dear Pallab,

This may be an issue related with capacity in the host. The OpenNebula
scheduler looks for available CPU and Memory to deploy VMs, if one of the
two parameters is exhausted then the scheduler will stop sending VMs.

Can you send over your VM template and the output of "onehost show 0", so we
can confirm if 7 is the maximum number of VMs that can be deployed to that
host?
