There is an open ticket for this on the Trac:

It looks like the target for this is OpenNebula 1.2, and DRBD seems to 
be on their radar. Not sure exactly when 1.2 is coming out, but probably 
in the coming months, since it's the next planned version (the 
OpenNebula developers may be able to provide a more specific timeframe)
