[one-users] nebula start problem

Hello,

What version of flex and bison do you have installed? This is what I  
have here and works fine:

lobezno:~/Work/nebula jfontan$ flex --version
flex 2.5.33
lobezno:~/Work/nebula jfontan$ bison --version
bison (GNU Bison) 2.3
------>8--

Upgrading or installing your flex/bison to this versions or greater  
should work. Anyway, this is a problem in the building script as it  
should not rebuild flex/bison files if sources are untouched. We have  
opened a bug with this issue, sorry.
