[Interoperability] CompatibleOne CORDS V2.11: new release

Dear all,

CompatibleOne Resource Description System (CORDS) Technical Reference V2.11 is out.
 
This document describes in details the CompatibleOne model based on OGF OCCI (Open Cloud Computing Interface)

This version 2.11 contains major changes and notably new sections such as:
Platform operation
Placement
Monitoring
SLA (based on OGF WS-Agreement)
We must thank OGF http://www.ogf.org/ and OCCI Working Group http://occi-wg.org/ for their support, the quality of the standards they promote and their fair governance of open standards: they both prove that openness is the most efficient way to drive quality open standards.

All these new categories are implement in Compatible Advanced Capabilities for CORDS (ACCORDS) platform available on
