In my view, it is a "working group to coordinate the several ongoing efforts
to implement cloud interoperability standards on OpenNebula". We should also
try to enlist those efforts (we could use the community part of our WIKI for
this), the project and people in charge, and link for more info. I
understand that we now have the following two efforts:

- OCCI 1.1 (Florian's team)
- OVF (Contrail)

...and Venus-C and CompatibleOne could join.
