[one-ecosystem] New component available: DCRMC

Hello OpenNebula users,

We are happy to announce the availability of a new component in the
OpenNebula Ecosystem Catalog.

DCRMC (Dynamic Cloud Resource Management Component) is a component which
integrates both with Nagios and with OpenNebula in order to provide dynamic
management of virtual resources.

It has been developed by Miguel Morillo Iruela, María Blanca Caminero
Herráez and María Carmen Carrión Espinosa in UCLM,
