[one-ecosystem] [one-ovz-driver] Contextualization

Howdy,

The contextualization CDROM is made available to the VM, but its
mounting is not compulsory and must be done by the VM itself. That is,
the CD is created by the TM drivers, but the VMM drivers *don't* need
to do anything about it.
