[one-ecosystem] custom scheduler for opennebula 3.0

Hello friends....

My name is Darshan Upadhyay...
Currently i am studying in Masters in Engineering

Important thing is that, scheduler is independent module in OpenNebula. So,
i have decide to make custom scheduler for OpenNebula and compare it with
existing. Please provide help or direction regarding this work....how many
possible ways to make custom scheduler in OpenNebula..

from which point, i should start my work??
