[one-ecosystem] New version of Hyper-V drivers

Hi,

A new version of Hyper-V drivers was just released. Appart from tweaks
and fixes here are some new features:

  * Direct connection to Windows Servers without using a Proxy
machine. Proxy machine can also be used to use standalone Hyper-V
machines.
  * Fix MAC address configuration and improve CDROM contextualization
mechanism. MAC addresses were incorrectly set for VMs
  * Support for "SCSI type" disks. To access these drives you will
need Hyper-V drivers installed in you guest OS.
