Hi John,

I had a chat with Miguel, the main developer of Pollux and from the logfile we came to the conclusion that there is probably something wrong with your installation of Virgo and the necessary libraries. Could you check the available libraries of Tomcat?

Miguel also offered a copy of his tomcat repository, which you can download here:
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/8671257/pollux/repository.zip

Cheers,
Florian

Betreff: Unable to run gwdg/Pollux application

Hi there! Happy new year!

Thanks for your help Florian. I solve the problem with OCCI server, I mention in previous mail.

The application we want to develop, in University of Crete, Greece, is very similar to gwdg/Pollux application.

I have download the latest version from https://github.com/gwdg/Pollux and I faithfully follow the README.txt
instructions. However, when I try http://localhost:8080/cloud/app/login.htm I receive HTTP Status 404
(The requested resource (/cloud/app/login.htm) is not available)

Looking at %VIRGO_DIR%\serviceability\logs\log.log I notice some errors occurred when virgo starts, but I cannot cope with them.
See below a fragment of the log file which is the source of evil.

Can you help us?
Many thanks!
John

Hi John,

sorry for answering this late, but during christmas/new year, time was too restricted to answer all my mails.

If you still have the problem, could you please send me the logfile of the server? It's located in ogf-occi/log/passenger.3000.log

Cheers,
Florian
