[one-ecosystem] VirtualBox driver for OpenNebula

Hello,

I and other two computer engineering students have developed a driver
allowing to use OpenNebula with the VirtualBox hypervisor[1]. It was
done in the frame of our final project.

As this component has some demand among OpenNebula users, we would like
that it is included as an ecosystem project, so it can be further
developed, improved and tested.

The driver has been tested against OpenNebula 2.2 merged with the
Sunstone plugin support branch. It support common operations (with the
exception of "live migrate") and includes a plugin for Sunstone allowing
to add VirtualBox hosts and create VirtualBox machines (via wizard).

Some minor changes would be needed to have it running on OpenNebula 3.0.
which we expect to have ready for the final 3.0 release.

In summary, it would be great to join the ONE Ecosystem :)
