[one-ecosystem] Modification of oneimage create

Hi,

The Image files are managed by the oned core daemon, not the CLI commands.
To do so it uses image drivers, you can create a new set of drivers
following the documentation:
http://opennebula.org/documentation:rel3.0:image_repo
