You have the info to do this in the documentation [1], search for virtio.

The raw attribute is not working because it lacks type attribute, set
it to kvm. [2]

Anyway, the list for these kind of questions is the users mailing
list, not this one.

PD. The information for virtio/raw is the same for 2.0 and 2.2
