[one-ecosystem] Install OpenNebula Management Console

hello,
I want to install the OpenNebula Management Console.
I download the svn, I install the mysql and increased mysql.sql and modify the include / config.php. But when I try to access the URL I get the empty website: http://localhost/onemc/index.php.
I do not follow. Somebody help me?
P.D: I installed the necessary php librerais etc.thx
